Talent Acquisition Specialist

QualiTech, a diversified manufacturer in Chaska, MN, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source diverse candidates, manage postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers. You'll build talent pipelines, leverage LinkedIn and other tools, and support employer branding at schools and industry events.
