Talent Acquisition Manager

Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission products, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles. You will partner closely with leaders to define hiring needs, source and screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, and support smooth onboarding. Using ATS tools and recruiting metrics, you'll improve time-to-fill and quality of hire while reinforcing BPP's practical, customer-focused culture.
