Position : W2 Position
Rate :$61/hr on W2
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 10+
Detailed Job Description:
- Support Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Career Development, and related processes.
- Gather and document business requirements related to HR and Talent processes.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist with configuration validation and testing.
