Epic Ambulatory Women?s Health Analyst

Our New York based client is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Women's Health Analyst for an immediate contract opportunity. This role will support Epic Ambulatory and Women's Health workflows, including system configuration, optimization, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Job Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 2 months + possible extension
• Location: New York
• Travel: Mostly remote; onsite needed for Go-Live (mid-October-November)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week; go-live support may require up to 12-hour days

Required Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory certification
• Epic Stork certification
• Strong experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and Women's Health workflows
• Experience with Epic build/configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to travel onsite for go-live support as needed

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Ambulatory and Women's Health applications and workflows
• Perform system configuration, build, and workflow optimization
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot application issues
• Provide end-user support and assist with go-live activities
• Partner with clinical and technical stakeholders to support Women's Health workflows and system needs
