Position: Spiff (Sales Commissions) & Salesforce IT Consultant

Location: Remote with occasional travel

About the Role
We are seeking a Spiff & Salesforce Consultant to support and enhance our sales commission management platform (Spiff) and its integration with Salesforce. This role sits within the IT team but works cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable commission calculations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for the Spiff platform, including troubleshooting calculation errors, data sync issues, and user access problems
• Manage and maintain integrations between Spiff and Salesforce (and other source systems such as HRIS/payroll)
• Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to configure, test, and roll out new commission plans, rules, and enhancements
• Collaborate with HR on commission-related data accuracy (new hires, role changes, terminations)
• Monitor data feeds and reconcile discrepancies between Salesforce, Spiff, and payroll/finance systems
• Document processes, configurations, and enhancement requests
• Support UAT and rollout of new features, plan changes, or system upgrades
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spiff-related IT support tickets
