About the Job
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help build the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. In this role, you will design and develop multi-agent AI orchestration platforms, intelligent automation frameworks, and scalable Generative AI applications that enhance productivity, streamline business processes, and accelerate innovation across the organization.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable AI capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Build enterprise-grade full-stack applications that power AI-driven user experiences.
• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and emerging AI technologies.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive engineering excellence by ensuring security, scalability, performance, and maintainability across applications.
• Prototype, validate, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on complex initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise web applications.
• Experience with full-stack development using:
  • Python
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • React.js
  • Next.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Bootstrap
• 5+ years of experience building secure, scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications and solutions.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as:
  • ADK
  • OpenAI Agent Frameworks
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • Similar AI orchestration technologies
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, intelligent automation solutions, and AI-powered business applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and guiding engineering teams.
