We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Java Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical customer service platform used by phone banking teams for customer and account maintenance. This high-volume application supports approximately 80% of call center interactions, making reliability, performance, and customer experience essential.
As a member of the Customer Information View (CIV) team, you will work in an Agile environment to deliver new capabilities, improve existing functionality, and maintain enterprise-scale applications that directly impact customers and frontline banking operations.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack Java applications.
- Build and support web applications using Java, Spring MVC, JSP, and JavaScript.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and service-based solutions.
- Support authentication, authorization, and customer account management initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues in production and non-production environments.
- Implement business-driven enhancements while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and engineers across the U.S. and India.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to modernization efforts while maintaining critical legacy applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Java development.
- Experience with:

- Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Experience working in service-oriented or service-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing applications.
- Experience within financial services or regulated industries.
- Exposure to Customer Service as a Service (CSaaS) platforms.
