Human Resources Generalist - Medical Office

Job Description
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with hiring activities workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives. Coordinate onboarding processes and help ensure new employees have a successful start within the organization. Process payroll related activities and maintain accurate employee information within human resources systems. Handle employee relations matters maintain personnel records and support human resources projects and initiatives.

A Bachelor degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
~1+ year(s) of human resources experience in a professional environment.
~ Demonstrate knowledge of human resources practices employee records management and workplace compliance requirements.
~ Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
~ Maintain familiarity with payroll systems and human resources information systems. Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and workplace policies.
