Bill Rate: $80/hour

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow support and implementation for ITOM and HRSD.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Tech Lead required.
• 3+ years of ITOM & HRSD implementation and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of scripting and integration experience required.
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Expertise in CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows, and platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Widgets.
• Knowledge of HR Case/Lifecycle Events, ITSM, Discovery, Governance, and Upgrade Management.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills; interview process includes Technical Screen + Stakeholder Review
