A leading company in the aviation technology space is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to join their team. This organization develops high-reliability software solutions that power flight operations, safety infrastructure, and enterprise-grade aviation platforms. Their tech environment includes modern frontend development with React and backend services built using Golang, Node.js, and/or Java, all deployed within cloud-based architectures.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
• Backend expertise in Golang, Node.js, or Java (advanced knowledge of at least one required)
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Previous experience operating as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer
• Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in aviation, transportation, or safety-critical software systems
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated experience mentoring team members and performing code reviews
