Job Description

Role Summary
A senior network engineer position supporting enterprise campus network infrastructure in a dynamic, on-site environment. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing complex network systems, providing advanced troubleshooting, and ensuring network reliability and performance. This position involves collaborating with global teams and maintaining operational excellence for both production and office networks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise network environments, including campus routing and switching infrastructure.
  • Support and maintain Cisco wireless environments, resolving related incidents and optimizing performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve user connectivity issues and network performance problems promptly.
  • Assist with network upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities to ensure infrastructure stability.
  • Partner with global network engineering teams on various initiatives, escalations, and network projects.
  • Analyze network performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support the operational needs of production and office network environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain clear records.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent network incidents outside of core hours as needed.
  • Contribute to ongoing network improvements and technical documentation to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in network engineering, with a strong background in enterprise networks.
  • Extensive Cisco routing and switching expertise, including experience supporting campus networks.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cisco wireless environments and resolving related issues.
  • Proven ability to support large-scale LAN/WAN infrastructures, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and operational support best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) are preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco DNAC (DNA Center), Cisco ISE, and Palo Alto firewalls is advantageous.
  • Prior experience supporting semiconductor or manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $62.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
