Role: Professional Services Consultant / Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote with travel

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Responsibility:

The Professional Services Consultant II is responsible for leading and supporting software implementation engagements for financial institution clients. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product expertise, business process guidance, training, configuration support, and implementation consulting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional services, consulting, software implementation, banking technology, or related experience.
• Experience working directly with clients in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, training, and solution configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Travel and Location Requirements (Required):

• Must be based in the United States, Canada,
• This position requires regular travel to client locations throughout the United States.
• Candidates must be able and willing to travel as needed to support on-site client meetings, implementation activities, training, workshops, and go-live support.
• Applicants who are not authorized to work in the United States or who are unable to travel to U.S.-based client sites are not eligible for this position.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with banks, credit unions, or financial services organizations.
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of sales, CRM, customer management, or digital banking processes.
• Project leadership or project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client implementation and consulting engagements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and document business requirements.
• Configure and validate software solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training.
• Provide implementation recommendations and best practices.
• Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and utilization of solutions.
