Implementation Manager - Portsmouth, NH - Contract - $36-46 per HR

Join our team as an Implementation Manager in Portsmouth, NH on a contract basis. You will oversee the migration and decommissioning of legacy systems, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to project timelines. This role requires strong program management skills and experience with legacy system migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the migration plan through all project phases, ensuring coordinated cutover.
• Establish and document working agreements across teams with split funding/ownership models.
• Track and manage dependencies across multiple domains to prevent delays.
• Partner with program owners to ensure business continuity and data validation.
• Coordinate evidence capture for audit readiness before system decommissioning.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience delivering complex technical programs, including legacy system migrations.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and drive delivery across teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with mainframe-adjacent legacy environments and data reconciliation concepts.
• Experience with financial-audit or SOX-adjacent decommissioning requirements.
• Proficiency in running structured program governance using tools like JIRA/Confluence.
