.NET Developer with SSRS

Introduction:

We are seeking a talented .NET Developer with SSRS experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new SSRS reports and database objects against complex enterprise databases, as well as creating and maintaining .Net Core MVC applications. This role requires strong technical skills in Microsoft tools, ETL operations, SQL, and C# programming.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new SSRS reports and database objects against enterprise databases
• Create and maintain .Net Core MVC applications
• Design relational and multidimensional databases
• Performance tuning of SSRS reports
• Test and ensure quality of SSRS reports and database objects
• Work with business users to gather requirements
• Design reporting database solutions and configure report servers
• Research new software releases and assist in upgrade processes
• Use Azure DevOps for project management
• Adhere to standards set by the Service Center
• Mentor team members on best practices and IT processes
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment automation
• Publish reports to Power BI service workspaces

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study desired
• Extensive experience with Microsoft tools, SSRS development, and SQL Server Integration Services
• In-depth experience with .NET Core, MVC, C#, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience handling large datasets and reporting from various sources
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
• Experience with SQL Server databases and T-SQL
• Strong data modeling and database design skills
