Job description

Lead the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of enterprise unified communications and data networks. Troubleshoot Cisco VoIP, RightFax, PBX, mobile, routing, and switching systems; oversee distributed antenna systems; coordinate with telecom carriers; lead network projects and guide junior staff.

  • Configure Cisco IP phones, perform Cisco Unity Connection changes, and maintain Cisco VG224 gateways.
  • Lead network implementations, integrate Cisco and third-party solutions, and coordinate with telecom carriers.
  • Analyze network traffic and recurring issues, improve processes, and guide junior network staff.
