cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in Birmingham. They are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities will include:

1. Apply the Balanced Scorecard across Customer, Colleague, Control and Commercial objectives.
2. Coach and train RM/RSOs to achieve KPIs.
3. Support Quality Assurance and Credit Committee presentations.
4. Maintain effective diary management.
5. Manage branch portfolios in line with TCF guidelines.
6. Build client relationships and manage appointments.
7. Generate Trade, FX and Sirat referrals.
8. Achieve account opening targets.
9. Achieve branch lending and deposit growth targets.
10. Negotiate client proposals and submit them to Credit and Account Opening teams.
11. Deliver lending disbursements in line with targets.
12. Manage credit renewals within bank policy and deadlines.
13. Ensure branch compliance entries and transactions are monitored in line with bank policy.

The successful candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years’ UK banking and sales team management experience.
2. Inspirational leadership and ability to drive change.
3. Strong business development, sales and relationship management skills.
4. Lending experience and knowledge of UK banking products, procedures and legislation.
5. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
6. Knowledge and practical application of AML, TCF and compliance requirements.
7. Strategic planning and sales management to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.
