What You'll Do

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly ETF deliverables, including basket validation, valuation and team reporting.
• Monitor compliance with prospectus limits and applicable regulations across domiciled products.
• Analyse operational issues, recommend solutions and escalate material concerns appropriately.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and risk controls.
• Maintain strong knowledge of funds, operational processes and their impact on internal and external clients.
• Monitor controls, procedures and risk dashboards, communicating potential exposures promptly.
• Mentor and train team members, provide cross-functional support and contribute to special projects.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in investment, fund or financial services operations.
• Strong ETF operations, Middle Office or fund accounting experience.
• Sound understanding of NAV oversight and asset management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within regulated environments.
