The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication throughout service visits.
• Operate with independence and autonomy, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organisation with pride, embodying its values in every customer interaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
