The Role

• Provide proactive and accurate account assessment and financial advising to ensure student success.
• Manage a portfolio of 850-950 students, guiding them to make informed financial decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all Title IV programs, institutional policies, and federal/state regulations.
• Collaborate with academic partners and other departments to resolve student financing issues.
• Handle escalated student concerns with exceptional customer care, taking ownership of issues.
• Actively identify and implement process improvements within the student finance function.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in Higher Education is preferred.
• Understanding of federal Title IV and state financial aid regulations is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and internet applications.
