The Role

• Lead the promotion of the company's psychiatry portfolio with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive performance within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans, adapting strategies to maximize sales outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access challenges.
• Demonstrate expertise in the local market and the therapeutic area to uncover opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated ability to master and maintain product knowledge, including annual certification.
• Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
