Zensar is looking for a Automation Engineer in the United States (Hybrid). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

·       Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

·       Create and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and performance test cases.

·       Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.

·       Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

·       Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

·       Analyze test results and prepare quality reports for stakeholders.

·       Improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and overall software quality.

·       Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·       Support production releases and troubleshoot automation-related issues.

Experience:

• 8-10+ years in software engineering and Testing

·        3+ years of experience in software testing and automation engineering.

·        Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, UFT, or TestComplete.

·        Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

·        Experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.

·        Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.

·        Experience with version control systems such as Git.

·        Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – Information Technology
