Job Description

What You Will Do

• Lead all daily dispensary operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to company standards and performance expectations.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with all Missouri cannabis regulations.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, cash handling, and store security.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.
• Partner with company leadership to achieve business goals and support company growth.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for Sunrise by building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, community leaders, the Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations that strengthen the company's presence and reputation within the community.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Previous retail management or leadership experience required.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Dexter dispensary.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Missouri cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
