Retail Returns Station Operations Manager - E-Commerce Fulfillment

Amazon is seeking a Station Manager to lead operations at a Retail Services & Returns (RSR) station. You will oversee inbound and outbound workflows, inventory accuracy, and safe, efficient handling of retail products and returns. Responsibilities include managing shift leaders and associates, driving performance through KPIs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will implement process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and use data to solve operational challenges. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for an Amazon RSR station, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
• Manage and develop shift leaders and front-line associates through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Monitor KPIs and use data to optimize throughput, inventory accuracy, and customer experience
• Oversee inbound and outbound workflows, including receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch of products and returns
• Implement process improvements using lean principles and standard work to reduce defects and waste
• Coordinate labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for peak and off-peak periods
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policy standards across the station
• Partner with cross-functional Amazon teams to launch new programs and resolve operational issues
• Drive a customer-obsessed culture focused on speed, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Report operational performance and action plans to senior leadership
