The Role

• Visualize customer needs using modern 3D planning tools to create stunning kitchen designs.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing, including quote generation, objection handling, and project coordination.
• Support surrounding kitchen studios during periods of high demand.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances, design principles, and current market trends.
• Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner).
• Excellent closing skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• A keen sense for current kitchen trends and creativity in design implementation.
