Kitchen Sales Consultant | Wermelskirchen, Germany | Hybrid
We're hiring for a well-established DIY and home improvement retailer, known for empowering customers to tackle their projects. This organization is dedicated to fostering a spirit of "everything is possible" by bringing bright minds together.
The Role
- Visualize customer needs using modern 3D planning tools to design their dream kitchens.
- Guide customers from initial consultation through to project completion, including delivery and installation coordination.
- Manage order processing, invoice verification, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide expert advice for the final realization of kitchen projects and connect customers with skilled craftspeople.
What You'll Need
- Successful completion of a trade, technical, or commercial apprenticeship (e.g., carpenter, technical draftsman, installer).
- Previous experience in kitchen sales or a related field is beneficial.
- A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in realizing customer visions.
- Proficiency in using modern presentation and planning software, along with standard Microsoft Office applications.
