Now Hiring: Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Columbus, OH (Hilliard Area)
Full-Time Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
$18/hour Paid weekly (Fridays!)

What You'll Be Doing
  • Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish)
  • Calling, texting, and emailing applicants
  • Interviewing candidates and making job offers
  • Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation
  • Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees
  • Tracking recruiting activity and progress
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone
  • Organized and reliable
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
