Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 12+ years of experience in Oracle database development, SQL, PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and enterprise application development.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Strong experience developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, and Views.
• Excellent knowledge of complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, analytical functions, and DML/DDL.
• Strong experience with Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience in data modeling, database design, and normalization.
• Good understanding of Oracle database architecture and development best practices.
• Experience working with large-volume data and complex database applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting is preferred.
• Experience with ETL, data migration, and application/database integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services is preferred.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version-control/CI-CD tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
• Perform database performance tuning and resolve production issues.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into database solutions.
• Participate in application development, enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Support data migration, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
• Review code and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Work closely with business analysts, application developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments is a plus.
