The Role • Prepare for a Store Management role within 18-24 months through an accelerated training program. • Progress to an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training. • Gain insight into overseeing a million-dollar business, contributing to development and strategy. • Learn all operations, client relations, and internal strategy to understand your role in team success. • Drive market share growth through sales to commercial users like painting contractors and purchasing agents. • Develop foundational leadership skills necessary for success in a professional sales environment. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree by the start of the program. • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship. • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. • At least one (1) year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service position (preferred).
