Job Description

Service Delivery Business Analyst

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and gather business/technical requirements.
Identify process improvements and support operational governance.
Reconcile telecommunications inventory, vendor billing, and asset records.
Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level metrics.
Monitor service quality, operational performance, and compliance.
Track risks, issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
Support continuous improvement, automation, and change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of Business Analysis or Process Improvement experience.
5+ years supporting Telecommunications, Networking, or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Asset Management, Vendor Billing Analysis, and Financial Reconciliation.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
