Job Title: Business Analyst – Capital Markets & & trade life cycle
Location: Irvine, CA & Princeton, NJ (Onsite – Need locals or Nearby)
Exp: 10 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Capital Markets to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze financial products, processes, and systems to deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for capital markets projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
Perform gap analysis, process modeling, and impact assessments.
Support UAT, system integration, and deployment of financial applications.
Provide subject matter expertise in investment banking, trading, or securities operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.
Strong knowledge of trading, investment banking, or securities operations.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, Jira, Confluence is a plus.
