Title : SENIOR SDET ENGINEER (2)
Location : Dearborn, MI
Duration : 6 Months
Rate : Open

Relevant Experience: 7+ Years

Job Description:
Lead automation and validation efforts supporting OTA and connected vehicle testing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance automation frameworks.
Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis activities.
Drive test environment stability and automation readiness.
Mentor team members and promote best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to achieve validation objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

5-7 years of software test automation, validation, or quality engineering experience.

Industry Experience

Automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, aerospace, or other high-reliability product development experience.
OTA validation and connected vehicle experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
Advanced Python,Automation Frameworks,Selenium/Appium, Jenkins CI/CD, GitHub,Jira, TestRail
Key Competencies
Leadership, Technical problem solving, Collaboration, Communication
Work Environment
Primarily onsite, supporting engineering laboratories, validation benches, OTA testing activities, and cross-functional engineering teams.
