Detailed Job Description:

Seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in functional testing, manual testing, and test automation for AI-powered voice agents, chatbots, and IVR applications. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Parloa testing or IVR testing, conversational workflow validation, prompt testing, and end-to-end integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Validate AI voice agents, IVR workflows, chatbots, and conversational interactions.

·  Design test scenarios for positive, negative, boundary, and non-deterministic AI responses.

·  Test speech recognition, response accuracy, multilingual interactions, and multi-channel workflows.

·  Automate repeatable voice-agent and prompt-based test scenarios.

·  Validate API, CRM, backend, and third-party integrations using SQL and service-level testing.

·  Track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps and support UAT, production validation, and release readiness.
