BD999 EC HL Heavy Lift (White Collar Staff) - Supervisors - Foretescue

Due to our continued growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are seeking experienced Heavy Lift Supervisors to join our Heavy Lift team working across a number of our projects in the Pilbara, WA, supporting a variety of major construction, shutdown and maintenance projects across the Pilbara. This is an excellent opportunity for leaders with strong rigging, crane and heavy lift experience who are passionate about safety, planning and delivering complex lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise heavy lift, crane and rigging crews to safely execute complex lifting operations across construction, maintenance and shutdown projects.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee lifting activities including lift studies, work packs, lift plans and critical lift execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, Australian Standards and Monadelphous safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work activities with clients, supervisors, crane operators, riggers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to rigging and crane crews while promoting a strong safety culture.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Heavy Lift Supervisor within the mining, oil & gas or major construction sectors.
• Extensive heavy lift, advanced rigging and crane operations experience, with exposure to complex and critical lifts.
• Strong knowledge of all terrain cranes, crawler cranes and heavy lifting equipment.
• High Risk Work Licence with Advanced Rigging (RA) essential.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple work fronts and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to safety.
