IT Project Manager

job summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced IT/Digital Project Manager to lead technology projects and initiatives across a variety of areas. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Project Manager who can manage multiple concurrent projects, work effectively with business and technical teams, and adapt their approach across predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.

responsibilities:

• Lead IT/Digital projects from planning through closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, forecasts, RAID items, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects that may span applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, vendor solutions, and other technology initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings, decisions, governance, and change control.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive accountability for project commitments and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Ensure projects follow applicable Ameren project governance and control processes.

qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have:

Strong Jira experience

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

General PM experience

Nice-to-Have

PMP certification

Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred, but equivalent experience
