Power BI & FMCG Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Power BI, FMCG analytics, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing advanced Power BI dashboards, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Python, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the FMCG and Retail domains, particularly commercial performance metrics and key business indicators. Experience working with Circana or other syndicated data sources will be an added advantage. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for collaborating with business teams and delivering analytics solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and commercial decision-making.
• Build advanced data models, write complex DAX measures, and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, analytical solutions, and actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, category management, and commercial teams to understand reporting needs.
• Track and analyze commercial KPIs, sales performance, market trends, and business metrics relevant to the FMCG and Retail sectors.
• Work with syndicated data sources such as Circana to support market analysis and performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical efficiency.
• Leverage Power Apps, where applicable, to support business workflows and reporting requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Power BI, functional consulting, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience in dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Python.
• Prior exposure to FMCG or Retail analytics, commercial reporting, and business performance measurement.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and convert them into effective analytical solutions.
