The Role

• Constructing and erecting overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Performing maintenance and repair of Germany's overhead power line networks.
• Ensuring professional use of machinery and equipment.
• Contributing to projects that support climate protection goals.
• Working on new construction and modernization projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational training in a trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, electrical).
• Ability to work at heights and good physical fitness.
• German language proficiency.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively Monday to Friday, including overnight stays.
• A responsible work style, reliability, and team spirit.
• Motivated career changers with manual dexterity are encouraged to apply, even without formal training.
