Job Description
  • Coordinate and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverable.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
  • Support the implementation of innovative solutions within the industrial and manufacturing domain.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with broader business objectives in the Brisbane office.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong understanding of the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC)
  • Proven experience in IT project planning and delivery
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget baselines
  • Experience with quality management systems in IT projects
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Supplier/vendor coordination and oversight
  • Team leadership and coordination of support teams
  • Project communication planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Integration of cost, schedule, and technical metrics for decision-making
  • Project documentation and reporting
