Job Description :

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud testing strategy, planning, execution, and closure.

• Define test scope, estimates, schedules, resources, entry/exit criteria, and quality metrics.

• Lead SIT, UAT, functional, integration, regression, and production validation.

• Provide testing leadership across Oracle HCM (Core HR, Time & Labor), Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Advanced Collections, Expenses, Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Procurement (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management/Supplier Portal), and PPM (Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing).

• Validate end-to-end business processes, integrations, interfaces, and data flows.

• Review test scenarios, test scripts, test data, traceability, automation coverage, and defect evidence.

• Lead defect triage, root-cause/risk assessment, retesting, escalation, and release-readiness reviews.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Oracle functional teams, developers, integration teams, and automation engineers.

• Identify opportunities for test automation and improve reusable QA assets and processes.

• Mentor testers, assign work, track milestones, and maintain testing standards.

• Provide test status, defect trends, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to program leadership.

• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oracle Cloud testing / Oracle ERP testing.

• Strong experience across Oracle HCM + Financials + Procurement + PPM.

• SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and production validation.

• End-to-end ERP/CRM testing.

• Test strategy, test planning, estimation, traceability, and quality metrics.

• Defect management and triage.

• Integration and data validation.

• Test management and test automation tools.

• Risk management and release-readiness governance.

• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership.

• Agile / SAFe experience.

• Distributed team coordination.

• Oracle Cloud quarterly release testing.

• Oracle ERP/HCM integration testing.

• Performance testing.

• Experience identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities.

• Experience with enterprise test management tools.
