This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and supporting a transformational new campus designed to redefine healthcare delivery in the region, working alongside mission-driven clinical teams. The Role • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other APP roles. • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand clinical staffing needs and market trends. • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract mission-aligned talent. • Ensure a seamless and personalized candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. • Collaborate closely with provider leadership, HR, and credentialing teams for efficient hiring processes. • Utilize data and market insights to inform and enhance recruitment strategies. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment; APP recruitment experience is strongly preferred. • Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills. • Proven strength in sourcing, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities. • A passion for supporting clinical teams dedicated to excellent and compassionate patient care.
