REQUIRED SKILLS
Program & Portfolio Management Oversee multiple projects/programs, manage interdependencies, align initiatives to strategic objectives, and maintain overall portfolio health.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, COE teams, finance, and senior leadership to align priorities and drive successful delivery.
Project Planning, Forecasting & Resource Management Lead capacity planning, resource strategy, budget reviews, portfolio forecasting, and roadmap synchronization.
Risk, Issue & Escalation Management Act as the escalation point for project teams, proactively identify blockers, manage risks, resolve scope/resource conflicts, and ensure minimal disruption.
Governance, SDLC & Reporting Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and governance standards while providing executive-level status reporting and insights.
