- This is NOT an administrative or traditional document control position. Looking for someone who can go beyond locating and organizing records to technically evaluating engineering documentation, identifying compliance gaps, and helping determine what work is required to move sites toward execution.
- Someone with a background in pipeline integrity, pipeline safety compliance, MAOP reconfirmation, or technical engineering records who has experience evaluating pipeline documentation and identifying compliance gaps.
- Candidates who have performed hands-on TVC evaluations, reviewed hydrostatic testing records, interpreted pipeline drawings, or supported MAOP reconfirmation programs should be heavily prioritized.
- TVC experience is highly preferred: Candidates who have personally evaluated technical records for TVC compliance will stand out.
- Not a document control role: Steve wants candidates who can analyze the technical content of records, not individuals whose experience is primarily organizing, filing, or retrieving documents.
- Engineering/drafting experience: Candidates with drafting or engineering backgrounds who understand pipeline drawings and technical documentation could be strong fits.
- Program scope: 200+ sites requiring records research, technical evaluation, and reconfirmation scoping.
