Senior Project Manager 18+years Locals Only

Lead and manage large-scale IT projects for DDAP, including the iSMART (Training Management System replacement) and WITS application initiatives.

Oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, communication plans, risk mitigation strategies, and project governance documentation.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and multiple IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

Ensure compliance with HHS DC IT PMO standards, provide weekly project updates, manage project risks/issues, and lead project reviews through successful completion.
