Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, testing processes, and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
2. Lead functional, integration, compatibility, accessibility, and user acceptance testing activities.
3. Review testing documentation and results for quality, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
4. Coordinate testing teams and stakeholders, communicate test results, and support resolution of testing issues.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software testing and 2+ years in test leadership.
Technical Skills	Software Testing, Test Planning, Test Cases, Integration Testing, UAT, SDLC, JIRA, Zephyr
Business / Domain Skills	Software Quality Assurance, Test Management, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, Agile Testing, Stakeholder Coordination
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Microsoft Office, and testing documentation.
2. Strong communication, organization, planning, and team coordination skills.
