Project Manager (Quality Assurance Services)- Part Time

Consultant needs to upgrade their instance of IBM's Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and Client Parks & Recreation needs to replace their current aging, and now unsupported, MicroMain work order system. The intent of this effort is to implement a shared environment and instance of MAS 9 as a shared enterprise asset and work order management platform to replace legacy systems and improve maintenance coordination and standardization across bureaus.

Process Quality assurance services will involve review of project scope, planning, approach, testing, documentation, risks, progress and activities of project team, Consultant and vendor resources during the duration of the project. The quality assurance consultant will be provided access to project-related documents, including all necessary project team contact information, to facilitate an independent assessment of the project. The Consultant shall tailor its assessment to the project's approved delivery methodology (predictive, Agile, hybrid, or product delivery). Evaluation criteria should consider whether the project is appropriately applying practices consistent with its chosen methodology rather than measuring all projects against a single delivery model.
