Sales Advisor
Perth Full-Time Monday to Friday, no shift work monthly bonus payable right after training!
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and uncovering business opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a growing team in Perth.
This is a fully office-based role offering excellent earning potential, including the opportunity to earn up to 300 bonus per month, as well as an early 4pm finish every Friday.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses from a warm leads list, gathering key information, identifying opportunities, and supporting the wider sales process.
Working closely with the Sales Management and Back Office teams, you'll play a key role in generating quality business leads and ensuring accurate information is captured and maintained within company systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to businesses using an existing leads database
• Building rapport and conducting effective fact-finding conversations
• Gathering and recording key business information accurately
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and generating qualified leads
• Updating internal systems and databases with information collected
• Following up on previous conversations and maintaining ongoing relationships
• Working collaboratively with Sales Management and Back Office teams
• Managing your pipeline and ensuring all activity is recorded accurately

About You

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, telesales, or business development would be advantageous
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and asking probing questions
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
