Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead with strong hands-on development expertise to lead enterprise marketing automation initiatives while providing technical leadership to a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role responsible for solution design, code reviews, implementation, platform governance, and mentoring development teams in a large enterprise environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development
• Strong experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud enterprise solutions
• Expertise with AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, APIs, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, administration, business units, and platform governance
• Experience integrating SFMC with Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, and other Salesforce platforms
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and cross-cloud integrations
• Strong solution architecture and technical design experience
• Experience reviewing code, mentoring developers, and leading SFMC implementation projects
• Experience creating POCs, estimating project timelines, and providing technical leadership
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
