Position Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to support the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms. This individual will play a key role in maintaining system functionality, supporting end users, implementing marketing automation solutions, and ensuring high-quality data management. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to support business operations and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to ensure reliable performance, security, and system efficiency.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that enhance workflows, reporting capabilities, and overall platform effectiveness.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Configure and manage automated marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related Marketing Cloud applications.
  • Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeted marketing lists to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing automation strategies that streamline communications and reduce manual effort.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize user accounts, security roles, permissions, and sharing settings within Salesforce.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to end-user questions and requests.
  • Deliver training sessions for new and existing users on Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud functionality.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials to support system adoption.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training initiatives that improve user proficiency and platform utilization.
  • Assist users with campaign setup, email deployment, automation processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform routine data maintenance, including imports, deduplication, validation, and quality assurance activities to maintain data accuracy.
  • Develop and execute queries to monitor data integrity and identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Audit system activity, email deployments, and data uploads to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Participate in testing new Salesforce and Marketing Cloud releases, enhancements, and integrated applications while documenting results and recommending improvements.
  • Support system upgrades, data cleanup projects, and additional platform enhancement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience administering Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience designing and executing automated marketing campaigns within Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing best practices, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of data management, data quality practices, and CRM administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business and marketing objectives.
