Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team supporting Capital One. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, automation, customer journey orchestration, and API integrations. The candidate should be proficient in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and have experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Develop personalized and dynamic email campaigns using AMPscript and SSJS.
• Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Configure Automation Studio workflows for data imports, exports, and scheduled campaigns.
• Develop reusable email templates and landing pages.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams.
• Ensure best practices for data security, compliance, and email deliverability.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and production deployments.
