Senior Full Stack Engineer – AWS/Node.js/React

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and implement well-tested code for internal logistics systems and client-facing applications, partnering closely with cross-functional engineering teams on integrations and architectural changes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement well-tested code for internal logistics systems and client-facing applications, ensuring high standards for performance and scalability
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to coordinate integrations and architectural changes across platforms and external services
• Design, implement, and maintain database schemas, prioritizing data integrity and optimized query performance for data-intensive transportation workflows
• Proactively identify and execute improvements to platform reliability, code maintainability, and system quality
• Monitor platform health using tools such as CloudWatch and FullStory, diagnosing and resolving complex production issues
• Adhere to SDLC processes and healthcare compliance (HIPAA and data privacy) requirements across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to team growth through code reviews, technical documentation, and promotion of best practices

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Node.js and Express for backend development, plus deep expertise in React, Redux, and React Native
• Strong command of TypeScript; proven experience integrating complex external APIs and third-party services
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing databases such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server
• Strong commitment to code quality using automated testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress
• Hands-on AWS ecosystem experience — Cognito, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, and Glue
• Proficient in serverless and event-driven architectures — Lambdas, API Gateway, Redshift, SQS, SNS
• Experience with GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for reliable, secure, low-touch deployments
