Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: 48.00hr - 48.00hr
Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

  • Responsibilities:
    Design, build, and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards providing real-time and historical visibility into D2C fulfillment performance - refreshed on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences with accurate, validated data
    Develop customized, interactive Tableau dashboards with self-service capabilities, filtering by warehouse, product category, carrier, time period, and KPI metric - aligned with Fulfillment Manager control tower monitoring workflows
    Prepare reports and support stakeholders with deriving insights for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and executive-level presentations
    Build and maintain advanced Excel workbooks and templates for D2C fulfillment reporting, carrier forecasting models, and inventory tracking
    Write, maintain, and optimize Google Cloud Platform SQL queries to extract, transform, and load fulfillment, inventory, and carrier shipment data from our data warehouse - ensuring data accuracy and consistency by validating against SAP ERP, WMS, and OMS source systems
    Mine, develop, and distribute data insights that will drive learnings and growth for the eCommerce Operations team
    Analyze and develop insights for channel-specific operations data using multiple data sources including Tableau, Kibana, eCommerce business platforms, and other tools
    Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data integrity across Fulfillment, Returns, Operations, and NPS dashboards
    Build and maintain weekly outbound volume forecasting models incorporating historical shipment data, order trends, promotional calendars, and seasonality factors by carrier and warehouse
    Track, report, and analyze weekly carrier forecast accuracy - measuring actual shipments vs. forecasted volumes by carrier and warehouse with variance commentary and trend analysis
    Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop a holistic measurement plan, and establish historical benchmarking
    Apply deep fulfillment operational knowledge to ensure all reports and dashboards accurately reflect real-world D2C order flow, warehouse operations, and carrier logistics across our fulfillment network
    Responsible for various testing disciplines, including multivariate, A/B, and user testing to validate hypotheses with data-driven answers
    Leverage predictive modeling techniques to provide data-driven thought leadership, helping the business identify areas for improvement in forward and reverse operations
    Continually evolve analytics processes and tools; incorporate new data sources to improve understanding of our digital business and operations
    Proactively work with business units and cross-functional teams - including Category Management, D2C Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain - to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential opportunities
    Utilize advanced data-driven insights to identify business growth opportunities and provide thought leadership to all levels of the organization

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
    2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, specifically within Operations, eCommerce, or Fulfillment environments
    Proven experience creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools) for both operational and executive audiences
    Experience building advanced Excel workbooks, including forecasting models and inventory tracking templates
    Familiarity with SAP ERP, WMS, and OMS source systems for data validation purposes
    Strong problem-solving ability with excellent communication and data presentation skills
    Experience in an eCommerce and/or D2C Commerce environment
    Preferred Skills:
    Experience in a corporate or executive office setting.
    Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Korean, or other languages) are a plus.
    Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
