Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Stonecrest is hiring an Automotive Billing Clerk to ensure repair orders and billing are completed accurately and efficiently. Previous automotive dealership, service department or billing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

Your Opportunity:
As an Automotive Billing Clerk, you'll play an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly. You'll work with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, management and customers to ensure repair orders and billing are completed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Review and process repair orders
- Prepare and process automotive service invoices
- Verify billing information for accuracy
- Process warranty and other applicable claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with account reconciliation and billing-related tasks
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel and management
- Provide professional and helpful internal and customer service
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
